2. USERS
Access to and/or use of this CAS DENTAL portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Terms of Use reflected herein. The aforementioned Terms will apply regardless of the General Terms of Contracting that may be mandatory in each case.

The relationship between CAS DENTAL and the USER shall be governed by the current Spanish legislation, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Ayamonte.
